What We Do

Housing Supportive Services (HSS) provides comprehensive assistance to individuals and families facing housing instability. By integrating social services with housing solutions, HSS seeks to enhance residents’ well-being, promote self-sufficiency and self-awareness, and reduce homelessness.

Objectives:

Stabilization

Help clients secure and maintain stable housing.

Accessibility

Ensure that supportive services are easily accessible to those in need.

Empowerment

Foster independence through skills training, employment assistance, and financial literacy programs.

Target Population:

HSS primarily serves low-income individuals and families, including those experiencing homelessness, individuals diagnosed with mental health issues, those with substance abuse challenges, and veterans.
