What We Do

Housing Supportive Services (HSS) provides comprehensive assistance to individuals and families facing housing instability. By integrating social services with housing solutions, HSS seeks to enhance the well-being of residents, promote self-sufficiency, self-awareness, and reduce homelessness

• Stabilization: Help clients secure and maintain stable housing.
• Accessibility: Ensure that supportive services are easily accessible to those in need.
• Empowerment: Foster independence through skills training, employment assistance, and financial literacy programs.

Target Population: HSS primarily serves low-income individuals and families, including those experiencing homelessness, some diagnosed with mental health issues, individuals with substance abuse and veterans.
